Job Responsibilities
As a Production Worker / Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing sealants and adhesives by following detailed recipes.
- Lifting and transporting raw material bags weighing 20-25 kilograms.
- Strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Recording production data and keeping your workspace organized.
- Inspecting product quality and performing minor maintenance tasks.
- Collaborating with teammates and ensuring a smooth handover of tasks at the end of your shift.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Language Skills: English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Capability to follow recipes accurately.
- Driving License: Preferred, especially if you may need to drive company vehicles.
- Experience: Warehouse or EPT (Electric Pallet Truck) experience is an advantage.
- Certification: Willingness to obtain a forklift certificate (assistance provided).
- Flexibility: Adaptable mindset and eagerness to learn.
Working Hours
- Shifts:
- 06:00 – 14:30
- 14:00 – 00:00
- Rotating shifts weekly.
Compensation
- Base Salary: €16,02 gross/hour (for employees aged 18+).
- Shift Allowance: +14% for all hours worked in shifts.
- Overtime Allowances:
- Weekdays: 150%
- Weekends: 175%
- Public Holidays: 200%
Additionally:
- After approximately 3 months of training and successfully passing an exam, your hourly wage will increase by €2.
